Andrew has been in the catering industry for over 25 years. He has worked at a number of country manor house restaurants and has achieved three AA Rosettes during his 17 years as a head chef.
Son Freddie has been working in the catering industry since he was 14 years old and has worked at a number of establishments, including a Michelin Starred restaurant, before taking over as head chef at Colosseum Catering.
